COVID-Safe Protocols

When you come back: In July we will reopen to live in-person audiences. Your safety and the safety of our cast, crew and staff are our first concern. Things are going to look a little different. Please know that we will always meet or exceed state and local regulations.

Updates to our air quality: We have installed a new ionization filtering unit to our HVAC system for the theater and there is a new UV light air filtering system in our lobby. The safety of our audience, volunteers and performers is always our first concern.

Masks are required for everyone: All customers and non-performing staff will be masked. Because we care about your health, masks are required for guests and crew throughout the theatre. Your mask must cover your nose and mouth and fit snugly around your face and chin. If you have forgotten your mask, we can provide one for you.

Social Distancing Standards: Please remember to maintain a 6-foot distance before, during and after the show. There will be signs and ushers posted throughout the theatre for guidance.

We will have fewer seats: We have Reduced Auditorium Capacities: CDC regulations limit us to 75 % capacity with 6-foot distancing between parties. Our new ticketing program will block the seats on either side of your selection. If you are uncomfortable with your seating selection, please see an usher.

Arriving at the theater. Our house will be open a half hour before the show. We ask that you arrive a half hour before the show and immediately take your seat. There is currently no congregating or waiting in the lobby. Our cast and crew will not be coming out for meet and greets after the show, and we request you keep your distance from them if you see them.

Sanitation: We will be thoroughly sanitizing all surfaces in the restrooms, lobby, and in the theater before the show, before intermission, after intermission, and after the show. Hand Sanitizer & Disinfecting Wipes are available throughout the theater.

Call the Box Office at 207-282-0849 to purchase tickets by phone or ask us questions. If you leave a voice message, your call will be returned within 48 hours. Patrons must use a credit or debit card (Visa/Mastercard/Discover) as payment over the phone. Tickets will be held at the Will Call table in the lobby before each performance.
