When you come back: In July we will reopen to live in-person audiences. Your safety and the safety of our cast, crew and staff are our first concern. Things are going to look a little different. Please know that we will always meet or exceed state and local regulations.
CDC Guidelines: City Theater follows State of Maine CDC guidelines, which are subject to change, so City Theater’s policies may change as needed. As of May 24th, 2021 fully vaccinated patrons are not required to wear masks but may be worn if desired. City Theater will not require proof of vaccination but may deny entry to individuals displaying symptoms of illness.
Updates to our air quality: We have installed a new ionization filtering unit to our HVAC system for the theater and there is a new UV light air filtering system in our lobby. The safety of our audience, volunteers and performers is always our first concern.
Sanitation: We will thoroughly sanitize all surfaces in the restrooms, lobby, and in the theater before the show. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes are available throughout the theater.
Box Office: Advance reservations are encouraged. You can reserve tickets online www.citytheater.org/tickets or over the phone at 207-282-0849.
